Loss Limits

Set limits on how much you can lose in a day, week, or month. Once you reach your loss limit, you won't be able to place any more bets until the time period resets.

Reality Checks

Set up notifications that will appear at regular intervals to remind you how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost during your session.

Time-Out (Take a Break)

If you need a short break from gambling, you can set a time-out period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you won't be able to access your account or place any bets.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you may have a gambling problem, you can self-exclude from our platform for a minimum of 6 months. During your self-exclusion period, you won't be able to access your account or place any bets, and we won't send you any marketing materials.

  • Has gambling caused you any health problems, including stress or anxiety?
  • Have people criticized your betting or told you that you have a gambling problem?
  • Has your gambling caused financial problems for you or your household?
  • Have you felt guilty about the way you gamble or what happens when you gamble?
