3. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Fees

We do not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose charges, which are your responsibility.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by us. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted by our servers and confirmation has been displayed. We reserve the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at our discretion.

5.2 Bet Cancellation

Once accepted, bets cannot be canceled or changed by you. We may, at our discretion, void bets in cases of:

5.3 Results and Settlement

6.1 Bonus Abuse

We do not tolerate bonus abuse or exploitation of any technical or procedural loopholes. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we may:

  • Reclaim any bonuses and associated winnings
  • Terminate or suspend your account

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or similar services to disguise your location
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
  • Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing
  • Attempting to manipulate odds, events, or outcomes
  • Using automated systems, bots, or software to interact with our Services
  • Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Sharing your account with others or using another person's account
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or our staff

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Sulotos AU or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sulotos AU, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your account during the six months preceding your claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sulotos AU, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting our customer support. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
